Warranty Policy

What's covered?

  • This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.
  • If a product is confirmed to be defective within the applicable warranty period, MOXOW SPORTS may, at its discretion:
    • Replace the item with the same model; or
    • Replace the item with a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

Please note: Warranty coverage applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Period by Product Category
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

  • Frame components (including posts, wheels, and bases) :  Covered for 1 year against structural defects and manufacturing faults.
  • Nets: Covered for 6 months against tearing, fraying, or stitching failure under normal use.
  • Covers and Bags: Covered for 30 days limited warranty.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual deterioration or consumable parts (e.g., netting, straps) expected to wear over time through standard use.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Minor cosmetic damage, surface scratches, or discoloration that do not affect product functionality.
  • Misuse & Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage.
  • Improper Assembly: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, installation, or failure to follow user instructions.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Environmental & Weather Damage: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions, prolonged outdoor exposure beyond normal intended use, or acts of nature.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Any lost, stolen, or misplaced products or parts.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

  • Order Number: (e.g., MXW#12345)
  • Product Name: The exact product or model you purchased
  • Issue Description: A brief explanation of the problem
  • Visual Proof: Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
  • Shipping Address: Your current address for receiving replacement parts/products

Note: Providing complete and accurate information allows our support team to review and process your claim as quickly as possible.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to product replacement only unless otherwise required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOXOW SPORTS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product covered by this warranty.
